CHARACTERISTICS

Aged in premium quality oak barrels, this quality dry red wine has purple-red colour and a complex aroma with distinguishable scents of overripe cherry, red and black berries, coffee, vanilla and oak. Its taste is full, whereas the fruity character of the wine is complemented with crispy acidity and soft tannins. The finish is amazingly strong and long-lasting. 
Temperature :  16 to 18  Celsious
Food pairing : Red meat dishes , steer meat , turkey , goose meat

Chardonnay - Jungic Winery

The wine is rich with aromas and has strong body with distinctive influence of the soil and climate of Markovac. It is characterized by crystal yellow colour with greenish reflection and harmony of extremely clean and well-rounded fruity fragrances with the most prominent notes of peach, apple, tropical fruit as well as the mild citrus fragrance.
Fruit sweetness of this popular wine variety is well harmonised with the tartaric acids that provides its exceptional smoothness and freshness.

It ideally goes with fish and white meat, cooled to a temperature between 11 and 13°C.

The alcohol content is usually rather high, ranging between 13, 5 and 14, 5 % due to accumulation of high sugars in recent years which were characterized by high temperatures and lack of rainfall during the vegetation period.


Rosé Madam - Jungic Winery

Rosé wine is obtained by a short cold maceration of the Merlot variety. Rosé Madam is semi-sweet and characterized by exceptional floral aromas and fullness. It is recommended as a dessert wine, but it also can be served as an aperitif wine or only drunk as refreshment on hot summer days.


The alcohol content is usually lower due to residual sugar in this semi-sweet wine and it ranges between 10 and 11%.
The recommended serving temperature is between 8 and 10 °C.


This is mainly lady’s drink or a drink of young people who are making their first steps into the world of wine starting to learn about the endless beauty of wine culture.

Montenegrin Chardonnay

Montenegrin Chardonnay - On the rocky soil of microlocality ‘Milješ’, beside the river or better,lost river Cijevna,running from the Albanian mountains nearby, this old French variety has found all that she likes: poor and rocky soil, lime,water permeable and warm soil.It gives wine of light straw-coloured colour.

Its bouquet is typical and recognizable by fresh,fruity aromas of pineapple and green apple. Some tasters may recognizenhalf-ripen apple, the others walnut,as well. Podgorica’s Chardonnay, as the child of the South,belongs to the type of full bodied wines,dry with structure and considerable volume of alcohol.The wine is greenish,with balanced taste,nice aftertaste without bitterness and astringency.The grapes are vinified by the procedure for the white wines,and the use of selected yeasts and low fermentation temperature
(14-17°C), make the taste and smell of this wine remain the same.

It is served at 8-10°C. It is recommended with all fish appetizers,seafood, risottos and piquant soups.

Montenegrin Rose`

Montenegrin Rose` is a vivacious, elegant dry wine, rose-coloured with the reflection of the crystalline limpidity. Made of the red grapes by technological procedure, applied in the white wines production.Intense aroma of grape flower and wild rose, luxurious aroma and pleasant taste. Perfect harmony of this wine permanently inspires and bestows upon us the sensation of pleasure. Pleasant and balanced on taste, well cooled , brings a puff of wind of summer at your tables.

It is recommended as an aperitive and it goes very well with the spring and light summer salads, pate` appetizers, fish, salted and smoked meats as well as grilled dishes.

 Served at the temperature 10-12 C.

Montenegrin Vranac " Plantaze 13. Jul "

Montenegrin Vranac is a powerful and robust southern wine,made of the autochtonous variety Vranac which had been grown for centuries in Crmnitza,the area stretching from Lake Skadar towards the Adriatic sea,at the altitude of 500 m.

Today, Vranac is a leading variety in Podgorica’s viticultural area, giving the premium quality with very balanced relation between sugar and acids.Vineyards, established in the shallow, skeletal soils,sun drenched over 2500 hours annually, give the premium quality of the grapes which is converted by applying the latest technology into the premium wine. The wine is of dark red ruby colour. On nose nad taste it resembles mature sour cherries and forest fruit with vanilla tones, leaving the lingering taste of fullness and warmth. It is of a very pleasant astringency, which gives it the possiblity of laying down and maturing.

It matches best with local food,which you may taste if you arrive in our country, but it is perfect with ham, prosciutto and all red meat dishes,game meat and even, fish. It matches perfectly the spicy red meat , grilled meat as well as the sheep’s cheese.

It is served at 17-20 C.
